Effective August 1, 2026
These terms govern use of isonew.digital and of the software systems ISONEW USA LLC operates. The text messaging terms are in their own section and apply to anyone who receives a text message from us.
Agreement
By using this website, or by using a system ISONEW operates, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. Where a signed engagement letter or statement of work exists between you and ISONEW, that document governs and these terms fill the gaps.
Services
ISONEW USA LLC is a Florida limited liability company that builds and operates go-to-market and business operations software, and provides related advisory work. Scope, fees, and term for any engagement are set out in the engagement letter for that engagement, not here.
Website content — teardowns, benchmarks, articles — is published for information. It is not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice, and acting on it is your decision.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account, probe or scan our infrastructure, interfere with availability, scrape at a rate that degrades service, or use our systems to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages. We may suspend access that violates this section.
SMS / text messaging terms
Programme description. ISONEW USA LLC sends operational text messages on behalf of the businesses that license its systems. Messages are transactional and work-related — for example, notifying an authorized member of a client’s field crew that a job has been assigned, rescheduled, or completed, and alerts about the status of their account or work in the system. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Who receives messages, and how consent is given. Recipients are people the client business has authorized to use the system, typically its employees and contractors. Consent is collected directly from each recipient before any message is sent — in writing during onboarding, or by the recipient providing their mobile number and accepting these terms when their account is created. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of employment.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the operational activity in the recipient’s account.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. ISONEW does not charge recipients for messages; your mobile carrier may.
Opting out — STOP. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages from that programme. You can also email [email protected] to be removed. To rejoin, reply START.
Help — HELP. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, email [email protected], or call +1 (919) 794-6255.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control.
Supported carriers. Major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their affiliates. Carrier support may change without notice.
Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the authorized subscriber or account holder of the mobile number you enroll.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the ISONEW name and marks belong to ISONEW USA LLC. You may quote and link to published content with attribution. Ownership of work product created under an engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Systems operated under an engagement carry the service commitments stated in that engagement and no others.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISONEW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability arising from the website is limited to US$100. Liability under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute is Orange County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Material changes to the SMS terms will be communicated to affected recipients before they take effect.
