Privacy Policy

ISONEW USA LLC (“ISONEW”, “we”, “us”) is a Florida limited liability company operating from the Research Triangle, North Carolina. We build and operate go-to-market and business operations software. We are the controller of the personal information described below.

Website visitors. Pages viewed, referring source, approximate region, browser and device type. Collected through privacy-respecting analytics only after you accept analytics cookies. We do not run advertising trackers.

People who contact us. Name, email address, company, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you write in a form or message. Collected when you submit an application, request a teardown, subscribe to a newsletter, or email us.

Users of systems we operate. When a client business licenses one of our systems, the people that business authorizes to use it — typically its staff — have an account with a name, work email, work mobile number, and a record of the operational activity they perform in the system. The client business determines who is enrolled; we process this information on its behalf.

Mobile numbers for text messaging. Where a system sends operational text messages, we hold the recipient’s mobile number and the record of their consent to receive those messages. This category is treated separately throughout this policy — see below.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

To deliver and support the systems and services a client has engaged us for; to respond to enquiries; to send operational notifications that the recipient has consented to receive; to keep systems secure and diagnose faults; to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and, where you have separately opted in, to send occasional written updates about our work.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose personal information for anyone else’s marketing.

Some systems we operate send operational text messages — for example, notifying a field crew that a job has been assigned or rescheduled. These messages go only to people who have given prior express consent to receive them, and only for the operational purpose described at the time consent was given.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are used solely to deliver the messages the recipient opted in to, and to prove that the opt-in occurred. They are never used to build marketing audiences, and they are never passed to advertising platforms, data brokers, or list resellers.

A recipient can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and can request help by replying HELP or emailing us. Full messaging terms, including frequency and rates, are in our SMS Terms.

We share personal information only with service providers that make our work possible, and only to the extent each one needs it: cloud hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, a customer relationship system, and telecommunications carriers and messaging providers for the delivery of text messages. Each is bound to process the information only on our instructions.

We also disclose information where the law requires it, and to a successor entity if the business is ever transferred — subject to the same commitments made here.

Where a client business is the one that decided to collect the information, we act on its instructions and return or delete the information when the engagement ends.

Enquiry and application records: up to 24 months from last contact. Client system data: for the life of the engagement plus 90 days, unless the contract says otherwise. SMS consent records: for the duration of the messaging programme plus four years, because carrier rules require us to be able to evidence consent. Accounting records: as long as US tax law requires.

Systems run in isolated containers with encrypted transport, per-environment secrets that are never committed to source control, and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; if a breach affects your information we will notify you as required by law.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent to messaging or email at any time, and opt out of analytics cookies through the banner on this site. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

If the information sits inside a system we operate for a client business, we will refer your request to that business and support them in answering it.

We are based in the United States. Some infrastructure we use is hosted in the European Union, so information may be processed in both jurisdictions. We apply the same protections wherever it sits.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes affecting how we use mobile information will be communicated directly to affected recipients before they take effect.
