Automation savings calculator
Pick the work that actually happens every week and see what it is billing you each year. It is an estimate built from your own inputs, not a quote, and it does not ask for your email to show you the number.
Step 1 · Which of these happen every week?
Model: 46 working weeks a year, a typical weekly load per process, and a 45% recoverable share. Planning estimates we use before a Diagnostic, not audited results.
What it costs you today
Paid out every year, as payroll, for work a system can do — about 7.5 hours a week per person.
What a system can give back
+$139,725 a year
About 3,105 hours a year returned to work that grows the business.
Fixed scope. Written plan you keep, whether or not you build with us.
Method
How the numbers are built
An estimate is only useful if you can check it. Here is exactly what the calculator does with your inputs.
What it counts
- Each process you select carries a default weekly hours figure, drawn from what we see in discovery
- Those hours are multiplied by the number of people doing the work and by 52 weeks
- The result is multiplied by the loaded hourly cost you set, so salary plus overhead
- The recovery figure applies a conservative share of those hours, not all of them
What it deliberately excludes
- Revenue you might win from faster response times, because we cannot verify it
- Errors, rework, and the cost of a customer leaving after a bad experience
- Software licences you would retire once one system replaces several tools
- The build cost itself, which is priced per phase after the Diagnostic
Every exclusion above pushes the estimate down, not up. That is on purpose: a number you can defend in front of your accountant is worth more than a big one you cannot. The exact figure for your company comes out of the AI Opportunity Diagnostic, where we measure the real processes instead of estimating them.
