Questions
What owners ask us
What exactly is the AI Opportunity Diagnostic?
A short paid engagement in which we interview your team, map how work moves, price the manual steps, and hand you a ranked plan with costs and payback. It is the only way we start.
Why is the first engagement paid?
A free assessment is a sales meeting with a deck at the end. Paying for the Diagnostic buys our full attention and a written plan that is yours to act on with us or with anyone else.
Do we need to know what we want built?
No. Most clients arrive with a symptom, such as quotes taking too long or reporting eating a week. Turning that into a scoped, priced build is what the Diagnostic does.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do, from the first commit. Repositories, cloud accounts, and databases live under your organization, and handover documentation is written as we go.
How long before something is running?
The Diagnostic is measured in days. The first working system is normally measured in weeks. Every phase ends with software in production.
Do you work outside the United States?
Yes. We are based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and deliver in English and Portuguese across United States and Brazil time zones.
Will you replace our current tools?
Only where the arithmetic justifies it. Most engagements build on top of the systems you already pay for and replace nothing.
What happens after handover?
Your team runs the system with the documentation and training we provide. A light support arrangement is available if you want one, and it is optional by design.
One next step, and it is a paid one on purpose
The AI Opportunity Diagnostic is a fixed-scope engagement. You leave with a ranked plan you can act on with us or without us.
