Pricing

Fixed scope, fixed price, and no surprise invoices

We price per phase, not per hour, so the incentive to work slowly does not exist. The ranges below are planning ranges. Your exact figure comes out of the Diagnostic, in writing, before anything is signed.

Ranges

What engagements typically cost

AI Opportunity Diagnostic

Fixed feeQuoted before you commit, based on company size and number of processes reviewed

First build phase

4 to 10 weeksPlanning range for scope and duration, priced as one fixed amount

Diagnostic credit

Applied to phase oneIf you continue with a build, the Diagnostic fee is credited against it

What moves the number

The four variables

  • 01

How many systems have to be touched

One system is a build. Five systems with different owners and no documentation is an integration project wearing a build's clothes.

  • 02

Whether the rules are written anywhere

If pricing and approval logic live only in people's heads, part of the engagement is extracting them, and that takes calendar time.

  • 03

    How clean the data is

Duplicated customers and inconsistent identifiers are normal, and they add work. We name that cost during the Diagnostic rather than discovering it mid-build.

  • 04

How many people have to change how they work

Software for four people is a different project from software for eighty, even when the screens look the same.

Objections

What owners push back on

Why not publish exact prices?

Because a fixed price on unknown scope is either padded or renegotiated later. We quote a firm number once we know what the work is, and that quote does not move unless you change the scope.

Do you bill hourly for anything?

Only small support requests after handover, if you want that arrangement. Build work is always fixed per phase.

What about ongoing running costs?

Cloud, model usage, and third-party tools are billed by those providers to your accounts, and we estimate them in writing during the Diagnostic so there is no monthly surprise.

What if the first phase disappoints?

You stop. What shipped is yours, running, and documented. That is the point of ending every phase with something live.

Size the problem first

Check whether the payback justifies the price

Before you weigh any of the ranges above, put your own hours and hourly cost into the numbers.

The automation savings calculator estimates what the manual work costs you each year, with the assumptions written out. If the figure surprises you in either direction, send us the problem and we will tell you plainly whether it is worth building.

One next step, and it is a paid one on purpose

The AI Opportunity Diagnostic is a fixed-scope engagement. You leave with a ranked plan you can act on with us or without us.
