    01 · CHAOS

You've tried AI. Nothing has actually changed.

You opened ChatGPT. You read the threads. You bought a Claude subscription. The tools work — for someone. They are not working for the way your business actually runs.

↓ So which one of these moves is worth your Thursday morning?

    02 · FILTER

One operator. One Thursday. The single move with the highest expected value.

We have run this with 51 operators before you, against a library of 184 patterns. The session is not about teaching you AI. It is about finding the one move you cannot statistically find on your own — and getting it running before you leave.

Statistically, you cannot know which one move has the highest expected value for your business. We do — because we ran it on 184 patterns and 51 operators before yours.

↓ What does that one move look like — running on your data?

03 · WHO THIS IS FOR

Whatever you operate, this works for you.

    01 · Nonprofit / NGO

    You bring

One repetitive ED task — grant writing, donor reports, intake triage — that you wish ran without you.

    You leave with

An agent drafting that exact thing in your voice, on your data, by Thursday afternoon.

    02 · SMB owner · 10-50

    You bring

One workflow that costs you the most ops time — quoting, scheduling, support triage, follow-up.

    You leave with

An agent that handles the first pass while your team reviews — running in your existing stack, not a new SaaS seat.

    03 · Solo / fractional

    You bring

The deliverable you produce most — the proposal, the strategy memo, the client report.

    You leave with

A productized agent you can deploy on every client engagement — your style, your IP, your asset.

    04 · Government / civic

    You bring

A constituent-service or internal-ops workflow. Synthetic data is fine — we never store or train on it.

    You leave with

A working sandbox agent + a procurement-defensible deployment plan for your IT lead.

    04 · CLARITY

Type one workflow you'd hand off tomorrow. See the agent answer in your voice.

This is the moment in the room — minute 50 of 90.

    Re: Demo follow-up — Q2 partnership

Hi Sarah, Thanks for the time today. The recap below pulls from the transcript and the deck I shared. What you flagged: integration risk on Day 30. I will draft a mitigation note by Friday. Next step locked: tech review with Jamie · Tue · 2pm ET. Ronan

Saved as draft · ready to send

One agent · four delivery surfaces. The agent that ships in your 90-min session goes wherever your team already works — Claude, Slack, Notion, Email, Google Docs, your CRM.

“Ronan, you can put two people to make a training to replicate your AI framework to get the organizations more productive or doing the things fast with low cost.”

“Ronan does not sell theory. He runs the framework on his own companies first, then ships it. If you are deciding whether to spend 90 minutes with him on May 28 — that is the call I would make.”
    Matt Ham·Founder & CEO, ChurnDefense · 4× founder · Columbia Engineering

↓ Who is on the other side of the room?

    Operator, not consultant.

Four AI-powered SMB products in production: Chatsac, ChurnDefense, FG Clínica, ISONEW. $6M+ portfolio revenue (2024). The framework was prototyped on my own companies before any cohort ever ran.

“I am not a consultant. I am the operator who uses this framework daily to ship artifacts in my own companies. Everything you will see Thursday is what I actually run — not theory, not slideware.”

    06 · Common questions

    But what about…

01For the skepticIs this really free? What is the catch?

Yes, free. There is no hidden upsell during the session. We share a link at the end for the optional 4-week cohort that follows — that is a paid program ($1,500 nonprofit / $2,500 for-profit). The 90 minutes themselves are real work, not a sales pitch.

02For the time-pressedI am slammed. Why 90 minutes?

Because less is not enough for a real artifact and more wastes your time. 90 minutes is the minimum viable session length to go from signal capture to deployed agent. Hard end at minute 90.

03For the executiveCan I send someone from my team?

One seat = one person. We want the decision-maker or the doer — whoever will actually use the agent on real work. If you are the CEO but will not touch it, send your COO. If you are an IC but need exec sign-off to deploy, bring them both.

04For the data-sensitiveWhat about my customer data or PHI?

Bring sample data or use a synthetic project. We do not store anything past the session. For regulated workloads (healthcare, government, financial), use the built-in sandbox mode — the agent we ship runs against your read access only and never exfiltrates.

    07 · RESERVE
