    What do I need to bring?

    A laptop. A workflow you want to fix. Read access to one tool you already use (CRM, spreadsheet, email, ops doc). That’s it.

    What happens after the 90 minutes?

    You leave with a working agent in your portal. We check back at 48 hours to make sure it’s still running. Most operators ship a second agent inside the first week — not because we ask, because they want to.

    Is this safe with sensitive data?

    We do not move data off your systems. The agent runs against your read access; nothing exfiltrates. If your stack requires a data agreement, we sign one before the session.

    I’m skeptical — I’ve tried AI tools before.

    Most operators have. The difference is what survives the 48-hour return: an agent in production beats 30 prompts saved in a notes app. We measure return-rate publicly. The pilot bar is ≥40%.
