    Sales-led motion with PLG-assisted activation: built consultative sales playbook on Friction Diagnosis methodology (35% lift in demo-to-close), and product onboarding designed for self-serve activation post-sale (driving the 93% retention).

    Implemented HubSpot with structured pipeline and predictive forecasting maintaining 95%+ accuracy. Built the attribution and CAC/LTV dashboards. CAC dropped 40% through outbound playbook optimization combined with organic content loop.
