The 4-week deploy cohort · starts Wed May 20, 2026

Deploy in your tools, not in a slideware sandbox.

Four 90-minute sessions, in-person at ReCity Durham, every Wednesday morning. 15 organizations, one facilitator, four weeks. You leave Session 4 with workflows running in your stack — not a certificate.

By the end of Session 4

You walk out with workflows running, not a certificate.

    3+ workflows deployed

Live in your tools — HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Zapier, n8n, whatever you already use. No new SaaS seat to renew.

    12-page implementation playbook

Written for your org, not a generic template. Onboarding doc your team uses after the cohort closes.

    Time recovered, measured

Typical cohort: 4-15 hours/week of ops time recovered by Week 3. We track before/after on real data.

    30-day Slack open

Cohort peers stay reachable for 30 days after Session 4. Your network is part of the deliverable.

    Cohort 1

    May 20 – June 10, 2026.

    First-cohort framing

If you are reading this in May 2026, you are a candidate for Cohort 1. The first 15 organizations get the founding-cohort price forever and a direct line to me for 12 months post-cohort.

    Facilitated by

    Operator, not consultant.

    Ronan Pinho

    Ronan Pinho

    Founder, ISONEW · Apex, NC

    • Four AI-powered SMB products in production: Chatsac, ChurnDefense, FG Clínica, ISONEW.
    • $6M+ portfolio revenue (2024) across those products — same framework you will deploy with me.
    • LEAP framework prototyped on my own companies before any cohort ever ran.
    • Triangle operator, ReCity member, based in Apex NC.

I am not a consultant. I am the operator who uses this framework daily. The cohort exists because most of my friends asked me to “just do it for me” and I am one person — this is how I can help 15 of you at a time.

    Where you will deploy

I implement in your existing stack.

I do not sell you a platform. I deploy in what you already use. Your stack is the deliverable.

    Common questions

    Cohort questions.

$2,500 feels high for 4 weeks. How do you justify it?

$2,500 / 4 weeks / 15 orgs = the cost of two fractional CMO hours, and you leave with deployed workflows, not a memo. Anchor against AI consultant hourly rates: $150-$350/hr at specialized firms — this is 8 hours of facilitator time + 14 peers + a 4-week structure for less than 10 consultant hours.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded. The cohort Slack is async-first. There is one office hour per week separate from the session. You can miss one session and still ship by Week 4.

I would rather just play with ChatGPT myself.

You absolutely can. Most people who try that route are still 'playing' six months later. The cohort exists because deployment requires structure — picking the right workflow first, configuring around your data, getting your team to actually use it — not just access to the model.

Is it really 4 weeks or is it really 4 sessions?

Both. 2 hrs/week live (1.5h session + 0.5h optional office hour) + 3-4 hrs/week async = 6 hrs/week × 4 weeks = 24 hrs total. The deployment compounds across the 4 weeks; you cannot skip the homework and expect Session 4 to work.

Do I need to attend the May 13 free session first?

No. The free session is the 'tasting menu.' If you already know you want the deployment, you can register here directly. About 30% of cohort 1 will have skipped the free session and registered cold.

What if my org is bigger than 50 people or I need exclusivity?

Then the cohort is probably not the right fit. See the custom 1:1 implementation block at the bottom of this page. Different audience, different price, different structure.

    Custom 1:1 implementation

Need exclusivity, faster pace, or sensitive data?

    • I run custom 4-8 week implementations for SaaS, foundations, and orgs that cannot share data in a group setting.
    • Most engagements: $10,000 – $25,000. Fixed-fee. NDA standard. No hourly billing, no scope creep.
    • Best fit: $3M-$50M revenue · 25-250 employees · 1 specific deployable workflow you want shipped in your stack within 30 days.
    • Decision-making timeline: typically 2-4 weeks from inquiry to signed contract.

Form opens here once Fork B inquiry endpoint is wired (D3). For now: email [email protected].
